Donisha is a fabulous chef! Everything she creates in the kitchen - from the simplest dish to the most elaborate culinary creation - tastes amazing! My church is fortunate enough to experience her amazing foods often and they are, without exception, excellent. She is an artist with food! As highly trained as she is, some things can’t be taught. She has a gift! A brilliant chef!

The Chef (Donisha) is my daughter’s friend whom I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet. My daughter shared with Donisha that I tried to order a King Cake online from one of Louisiana’s famous bakeries but that they weren’t taking any more orders until after Madi Gras (much to my disappointment). To my delight, this precious young woman made a King Cake and had my daughter deliver it to me as a surprise! Here are the thank you comments I sent back to the Chef via text message:

I am the Director of Christian Education at a church in McKinney and we used Christian Caterers to prepare and serve our Graduation Senior Dinner last May. Let me say, the food was fantastic and so beautifully served. The food was cooked to perfection and was served on time. Everything from the service to the presentation was fantastic. Dessert was amazing as well and I could not have asked for a more professionally served dinner. I would highly recommend Christian Caterers! I will also go on google and do the stars.
